My journey began with Visual Communication Design in an Agricultural University, where I spent four years immersing myself in how images, layouts, and visual systems connect with people from different majors.

I loved crafting beautiful things — but along the way, I realized that design is more than just how things look.
It's about how things work, how they feel, and how they fit into people's lives.

That realization set me on a new path.
I transitioned into Service Design, driven by a simple but powerful question:
"How can design not just attract attention, but truly solve problems and create value across an entire experience?"

Now, as a Service Designer and Experience Researcher, I focus on uncovering deep insights, designing holistic solutions, and building bridges between users, businesses, and technology. Every project is an opportunity for me to blend creativity with strategy — to not only create beautiful experiences, but meaningful ones.
