Visual Designer โ Service Designer
A journey driven by curiosity, data, and empathy
I started with a BFA in Visual Communication Design at Huazhong Agricultural University, spending four years exploring how images, layouts, and visual systems connect with people across different contexts and cultures.
That foundation led me to pursue an MFA in Service Design at SCAD, where I shifted focus from making things look good to making entire experiences work better grounded in research, validated through testing, and measured with real metrics.

At Auranรฉ Beauty, I owned end-to-end UX improvements that drove 98% GMV growth and nearly doubled search-to-purchase conversion. At BMW Group, I led user research for companion app and HMI redesign. At Paramount+, I built prioritization frameworks and reusable component systems. Currently at Mercor, I'm shaping AI training workflows and designing AI-driven design systems.
