Project Goals

Enhance Health Security for Senior Travelers:

Provide a comprehensive platform to help senior travelers manage their health information and medical needs during international trips.

Bridge Language and Cultural Barriers:

Equip users with tools to effectively communicate their medical conditions and prescriptions in foreign languages.

Research Questions

How do language and cultural barriers impact access to medical care for senior travelers?

What essential features can empower senior travelers to independently manage their health during emergencies?

SPSS Analysis

To further narrow down and refine our service focus, 50 target customers were invited to participate in filling out our questionnaire. Based on their needs, we re-rated these 14 features. Then, we used IBM SPSS to analyze the priority of these features based on positive correlation, ultimately identifying the 6 most important features for our target customers.
