Enhance Health Security for Senior Travelers:

SPSS Analysis
To further narrow down and refine our service focus, 50 target customers were invited to participate in filling out our questionnaire. Based on their needs, we re-rated these 14 features. Then, we used IBM SPSS to analyze the priority of these features based on positive correlation, ultimately identifying the 6 most important features for our target customers.

Shadow Observation
Noticing the struggles of senior travelers during a personal travel experience in airport.
Conducting interviews with senior travelers to identify pain points and preferences related to travel and health management.
User Personas and Empathy Map
Developing user personas based on insights gathered from interviews and research.
Mapping typical travel scenarios, including pre-travel preparation, mid-travel challenges, and post-travel health follow-ups.
Prototyping and Usability Testing
Creating wireframes and prototypes of the application interface.
Testing these with the target demographic to refine usability and functionality.
